This privacy policy applies to the Morph AI app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Ripan Singh (collectively, the "Application"). Ripan Singh is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information We CollectDepending on how you use the Application, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account information: email address, account identifiers, and sign-in provider (Apple, Google, or email/password)
- Profile information: name and optional bio you provide in profile settings
- User content: text prompts, generated app HTML, widget configurations, wallet pass data, and other content you create in the Application
- Photos and camera: images you capture or select in generated apps, and photos sent for AI vision features (e.g. food analysis, document scan)
- Location: approximate device location when you use weather-related widgets (used to show local weather on your home screen)
- Audio and speech: microphone audio processed for voice-to-text prompt dictation (converted to text on-device; we do not store raw audio recordings)
- Purchase information: subscription and in-app purchase history processed through Apple App Store (credits and plan status)
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system, IP address, and basic diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service
We use collected information to:
- Authenticate your account and sync your apps, widgets, and passes across devices
- Generate and edit apps, widgets, and wallet passes based on your prompts
- Process AI requests (text and image analysis) through our servers and AI providers
- Deliver subscriptions, credits, and in-app AI usage limits
- Provide weather and calendar data in widgets when you use those features
- Respond to support requests and improve reliability and security
The Application uses AI to generate apps, widgets, passes, and in-app AI features. When you use these features, your prompts and (when applicable) photos may be transmitted to our servers and processed by third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to produce results. AI processing is used only to provide the features you request. We do not use your content to train public AI models on your behalf. Do not submit sensitive personal information in prompts unless necessary for the feature you are using.
Camera, Photos, Microphone, Speech, and LocationThe Application may request access to your camera, photo library, microphone, speech recognition, and location. These permissions are used only for features that need them (e.g. taking photos in generated apps, voice dictation for prompts, local weather widgets). You can deny or revoke permissions in iOS Settings; related features will not work without the required permission.
Information Collection and UseThe Application also collects standard technical information when you use it, such as:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address
- App interaction events needed for functionality and security
- The time and date of your use of the Application
- Your mobile operating system and device type
The Application does not use cross-app tracking for advertising. Third-party SDKs may use local storage or similar technologies to support authentication, cloud sync, and service delivery. We do not sell your personal information.
Your RightsYou may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. You can delete your account and associated cloud data directly in the Application under Settings → Delete Account, or contact the Service Provider at morphaigen@gmail.com.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at morphaigen@gmail.com.
Artificial IntelligenceSee Artificial Intelligence Processing above for details on how prompts, photos, and generated content are handled by AI providers.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important service notices. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent where required by law.
Third Party AccessTo operate the Application, the Service Provider uses trusted third-party services that may process your data on our behalf, including:
- Cloud hosting and AI processing for generation features
- Authentication, database, and file storage (Firebase)
- Sign-in with Apple and Google Sign-In
- Apple App Store for subscriptions and purchases
- Apple WeatherKit and Calendar APIs for widget features (when enabled)
- OpenAI and Anthropic for AI text and image understanding features
These providers process data only as needed to deliver the Application and are bound by their own privacy policies and our instructions.
International Data TransfersThe Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms.
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
- Your consent, where required and legally permitted
Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage)
- Google (Google Sign-In)
- Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store, WeatherKit)
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information the Service Provider discloses to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.
To delete your account and server-side data, use Settings → Delete Account in the Application, or contact the Service Provider at morphaigen@gmail.com.
Data Retention PolicyThe Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
- User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law
- Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you
- Data required for legal compliance: Retained as long as required by applicable law
You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. You can delete your account in the Application under Settings → Delete Account, which removes your account and associated cloud data. You may also contact the Service Provider at morphaigen@gmail.com.
ChildrenThe Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the Service Provider with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (morphaigen@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
SecurityThe Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Data Breach NotificationIf a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
ChangesThe Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your ConsentWhere processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.
